Hood stay in Ikebokuru
A good place in the heart of Ikebokuru Toilets a little bit uncomfortable Breakfast to expensive so we didn't take it Good price and good transportation

I liked this hotel because it was not too far from Ikebukuro Station. Many restaurants and shopping close by. The breakfast buffet at "Restaurant Saison" located in the basement of the hotel was great! Many foods, drinks, and dessert to choose from! My room had air conditioning, but the temperature could not be adjusted. Only the fan speed could be adjusted. The hotel policies and instructions located in the desk in a binder stated the room's temperature could not be adjusted. It was not a big deal, but could be helpful to those who must have a very warm or very cool room.

Recommend Hotel to improve: 1. Staff do not speak English. 2. Staff Not allow visitor without reason (I had to stay at lobby until my brother-in-law leave), then I will be allow back to room. 3. check-in late at 3 pm and check out at 10 am. 4. Only one key release even 2 persons room. 5, All lights and Air-condition would off and other stay in at dark and hot. 6. Fan Speed control without Temperature Control, horrible to stay in hot & cold season.

You get what you pay for
Personally not the quality I'd try again. Bed covers - had stains Aircon - The worst, even on its highest setting it was still hot, no cold air at all as there was no temperature control. They have an odd procedure for crime prevention where you must give the key to the reception before you leave and collect upon return. There is also no key activation for the lift into the guest floors so anybody can enter. There is a mandatory housekeeping every 3 days.

The hotel was convenient and a 5 min walk to train stations - JR & Metro. Also, above were shopping centres and restaurants. Neighbourhood is excellent with Lawson & Family Lawson next door - 24 hours with food. There's also a takoyaki stand across from the hotel that opens in the evening and it was very good! Hotel was super clean and housekeeping staff were excellent.

Close from Sunshine city and Ikebukuro station. There are many shop, restaurants and convenience store. The room was clean and cozy. There is a PC and a printer free to use. Buffet breakfast was great.

Near Sunshine City
Nice, classy, budge-friendly hotel near Sunshine City, Ikeburkuro. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and spoke English. We only stayed here for one night, but I would consider staying here again when we return to Tokyo.

Some like it hot.
I do not recommend the use of this hotel during the summer. The AC was running and I was still sweating. When I asked the front desk, they suggested I open a window. I would also skip the breakfast buffet unless you want some orange juice, tea or coffee.

It was a nice stay for our family of 4. Very cosy but had all amenities we required, except another pillow. Breakfast was basic but plentiful which was a good start to the day. Would recommend to others for convenience.

Great location, older but very clean
Great location..a block away from Sunshine City, restaurant's everywhere, close to rail line. Free baggage storage until check in, laundry facility, good room amenities. Older, but clean. Rm was small, but we were out most of the time..comparable to a cruise ship stateroom. It worked for my daughter and I : )

There is a lot of shops around. But not convenience if you take Limonous bus to Sunshine city hotel and walk. The room price included breakfast. Tha quality is ok but if you stay few days, the variety of food were the same. The staff was not too helpful and hotel will charge fees on local calls.
