"The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! "

"Cute little apartment and very quiet except for some traffic noise. Very clean and comfortable. The only issue I have is there should be more seating. A chair in the living room would be nice. Location is good, close to everything. "

"Loved that we could see the water when looking out the windows. It was very close to our event venue, which was a huge plus and Great restaurants were right around the corner! The only suggestion I have is adding a full length mirror. Having 3 people get ready at the same time, all using the bathroom mirror was not fun! Otherwise, we loved it and would book again"

"My husband had a men’s retreat weekend right down the street so we found this little paradise by chance. The accommodations were very though out. Bed was so comfortable as well as the leather reclining couch. The bathroom was generously sized with good water pressure. In addition the neighborhood was very nice. "Overall, pretty nice place. Larger than most I've stayed in. Convenient off the main road. Stocked with most everything. Pool was nice, didn't use it was too chilly out. Too windy to sit out or use yard or kayaks. Not sure about getting in water right there, but some may be ok with it. It was updated nicely, which I find a plus."

"Perfect for a couple. Really clean and fresh. The whole property looks recently updated. Nice outdoor areas to sit and have coffee. Lots of beach accessories to use, and the beach is a very short walk. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"I loved how clean it was, and convenient. The upstairs neighbors could be a bit loud walking sometimes, but it's a ground floor. I did like how we could just get to our car so quickly, and it was easy to find a spot. I also liked the high ceilings and two full bathrooms. I would stay here again."

"My husband and I enjoyed the location and convenience of this first floor apartment. It had everything we needed for an eight day stay. Parking was right outside the door. You can walk to the beach in minutes. We would love to stay for a month next year."

"Perfect location to walk to beach. Parking right in front of unit and has all the necessities needed to stay, eat in and be confortable. We brought our own blow up mattress but there was one there to use. Family of four and just enough space with kids sleeping in LR. I would stay here again! Oh they had a lot of beach gear to borrow too"

"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."
