"The bed linens were clean, but the room itself was not properly cleaned or sanitized. There were greasy fingerprints on surfaces, dried ice cream residue on the nightstand, some mold spots on the walls, plumbing issues with the tub and toilet, and the room phone did not work. Management acknowledges the phones DO NOT work in the rooms. The AC worked well, but the sofa sleeper appeared damp and possibly mildewed from constant moisture exposure. The adjacent Popeyes played loud music continuously, even overnight after closing. Breakfast was very limited with cold cereal, a waffle maker, and a few pastries, and it was disappointing. Communication was also difficult because several staff members barely spoke or understood English."

"After leaving another hotel in the area we had originally booked due to it being extremely dirty, we came to the Hampton Inn and what a difference! The service we received at the front desk was excellent, and our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again if we’re ever in the area."

"This was the worst hotel experience in a long time. The first room we were given was disgusting. The beds and pillows were covered in stains, and it looked like the beds had been made but the sheets were never actually changed. I called the front desk and was told I needed to come back to the lobby. They then gave us a second room, but the door was already open, which immediately made us very uncomfortable. When we looked inside, the room was clearly not cleaned at all. At that point, I went back to the lobby and requested a refund. The ladies working the front desk that night were nice and tried to help, but Jeff was extremely rude and unprofessional. By almost 11:00 PM, we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel last minute. For $138 a night, this was completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for a clean and decent place - unless you are okay sleeping in stained bedding with makeup still on the pillows and receiving terrible customer service."

"Room was very spacious with a clean bathroom. Lighting in the bathroom was wonderful. Nice bed. Breakfast was so nice with a wide selection of items. Note: The scones were to die for."

"Small group of men gathered in the lobby area drinking beer, loud, and arm wrestling each other. The front desk girl instead of saying something to them, sat down and joined them, while people were waiting at the desk. The only ice machine for the building was broken, elevator had an oder to it and was very warm inside it. Hallway carpeting was dirty and hallway was somewhat dingy looking. Room however was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was low, but for one night was okay. Upon leaving , once again no one was at the front desk. For a quick one night stay that’s reasonable, without any frills it is okay, but would not recommend for more than that."

"The outside of the facility and the pool area was clean and neat. Soda and snack machines are in two locations on the ground floor. The staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good and replenished frequently. Our room had very comfortable beds. Unfortunately the tub was very dirty and had not been scrubbed for weeks. I spoke to the woman at the front desk and she was thoughtful apologetic and resolved the issue. I would stay here again."

"The room was lovely. You could tell this is a newer building. I will say that only one elevator was working, so that was a bit of an issue. And the breakfast while complementary and nice to have was not good at all, but overall the stay, which was only overnight was very good."
