Booked this as we were traveling down for a cruise. The place was very nice and clean! Close to the historical cocoa village so tons of nice restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend for the price, location, and cleanliness.

Really good small place!

We spent our Honey moon here and we absolutely loved it! It was in a really nice location on a quiet street. We had no problems with it and loved spending our time here! It’s beautifully decorated and is right next to cocoa village and a bunch of great restaurants. If we are ever in the area again, we will for sure stay here again!

Location is an absolute winner! Less than 15 minutes walking to Cocoa Downtown. Interior isn't luxurious, but better than hotels in the area. Spacious parking lot (I have easily pulled in full size SUV).

Gorgeous space in lovely area

Quick getaway

Well appointed and comfortable space with easy walk to Cocoa Village. Check in/out was easy. Highly recommend this space. Parking off the road is adequate for large SUV or pick up. We'll be back!
