"One day, rentals will provide a recliner. Until then, this is the best. A beautifully positioned property with every unit facing the ocean. It was cold and cloudy (what's up with Florida weather?) for almost all of our stay. The comforts of this property sure helped as did the courteous and friendly staff."

"Cute, updated, little condo. With decent beds and plenty of everything you may need for the beach. Stephanie was quick to respond with answers to any of my questions. Very close to the beach. Only downside is the parking is extremely limited and no TVs in the bedrooms. I enjoy working from my bed with the tv on in the background. If you can avoid bringing separate vehicles, you should."

"This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this...

"Our family spent 2 weeks here. The location is perfect. We spent our days going from the beach to the pool and back again. The neighbors are wonderful and we met so many great people. Our only issue was the AC stopped working during the second week. We spent 4 nights without it, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. The owner did have a window unit installed, and was willing to give us a partial refund for those 4 nights. If it were not for that inconvenience, we would have given our stay 5...

"Camper was in great clean shape and nice! Only downside is there is no plumbing hookup for the camper toilet, so it is just a composting toilet. That is our only dislike!"
