"We stayed here because we didn't want to stay in Disney, but still wanted to go to the parks. It was just over an hour drive from the airport and to the parks which was really easy. The place itself was perfect for a family! Two big bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and everything was really new and clean. We were steps from the beach and pool and I saw some of the most beautiful sunrises of my life :) Would def recommend for anyone that wants to enjoy Disney but also wants to relax at the beach. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage near the historic district! Very easy to get to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway while nestled in a charming neighborhood. The porch was a favorite spot to enjoy coffee or unwind after a day out. Debra really has thought of everything. We highly recommend!!"

"Everything about this property is magical. We are local, but wanted a great house to just chill and be outside. The backyard space is amazing with a great hot tub and beautiful fenced in yard. Dog friendly, which is always a plus. The detached garage is a full game room. I recommend using the bicycles to take rides down Canal Street and the river. Ideal location can’t wait to book again. "We had a good time. The location was great and the kids all really enjoyed the pool. The pictures we felt were misleading as the rooms were much smaller than they looked on line. Communication was very good. Having to have all the towels washed before leaving was very inconvenient for early departure."

"It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay."

We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves"
