"This is the place to stay in New Smyrna. We felt at home and at ease from the moment we walked in. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and well appointed. The location is easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, but it it also feels like an intimate setting. The breakfast was amazing each day we stayed. Highly recommend."

"I really enjoyed stepping out of my room and walk right to the beach. I enjoyed that I never moved my car the whole time I was there because everything was within walking distance. I really enjoyed having a good AC, beach chairs available, beach towels available, and bikes to rent. What I didn't enjoy is there is not an ice machine at this location. You need to stop by a convenience store and by ice."
