"Great location right across a 1 way street to the beach. The road traffic did not bother us, a few times emergency vehicles passed but that was all we could hear. House was perfect for 5 adults and 3 kids. We never felt crowded, plenty of space. The kids and grandparents loved the foosball table. Shower outside was perfect for rinsing off.
