"DO NOT STAY HERE!! Truly the worst hotel experience of our lives. 24 hour shuttle service is a lie.. landed at the airport and called the number provided for shuttle service. Went straight to voicemail 5 times. Had to try and get around all the automated services to talk to an actual human, whole process took about 30 mins just for them to tell us we would have to wait an hour for the shuttle (it was 3AM and we had a toddler with us). Was told to take an uber, told them we didn’t have a car seat because it said shuttle was provided, they did not care. When we arrived to the hotel via uber with no car seat, the shuttle was sitting at the entrance with a driver sleeping.. Went to check in and their computer system was down and had to sit in the lobby for 30 mins, the guy at the front desk literally laughed when we expressed our concerns about the shuttle. Finally made it to our room at 4:30AM. Avoid this hotel at all costs. "

"It was a very nice hotel, I would definitely stay there again. Very friendly staff and they do have a shuttle bus that takes you and picks you up at airport. The shuttle runs until 1AM, which is the last shuttle."
