"We have been staying at the Nautilus for over 30 years and we have always enjoyed our stays. The rooms are really large and the full kitchens are a welcomed amenity, even though we do not cook on our vacation because the Inn is so close to lots of great places to dine. Our oceanfront room was recently renovated and the view, just beautiful! Everything at the Inn was well maintained and very clean. The only negative was the front desk staff. When checking in there wasn’t a smile, warm greeting, the guy was on the phone trying to sell a room for the night on an upper floor. When he finally got off the call and did not sell the room, he got my name, gave me a paper to fill out and sign, he rattled off a list of things and said “any questions?” and gave us our keys. I mentioned that I requested an upper floor, he quickly replied “we’re all sold out!” Hmmmm, so why was he trying to sell a room 2 Floors directly above ours? Rather than confront him with what we heard, we just moved on. He really didn’t care and showed it. But other than that encounter, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend."
