The furnishings were not super-comfortable if you want to spend any time sitting around in the unit. "The check in is very inconvenient. You have to go to the agency office that is not close to the apartment. When traveling with luggage it is a nightmare as you have to go to the office first and take another tube to go to the apartment. "The booking was made approximately 6 months in advance. We were required to change appartments midway yhrough our stay and were told it was due to renovations. However noted that new travellers moved into that apartment. We were inconvenienced and lied to and when we tried to raise concerns the fenale we dealt with was highly rude. Don't stay here!"

"Our stsy was brilliant. Half board. Breakfast range superb. So much choice. We ate in Leo's in house restaurant and the food and service was to a very high standard. Ice cold drinking water and juice in reception on tap. Couldn't fault anything. Complementary drinks in room including hot espresso coffee machine. Clean towels daily. We enjoyed everything about our stay. "
