"Amazing hotel located in the heart of London and within walking distance to all the major attractions. Hotel staff was top notch and responded to every need immediately. Hotel food and bar were first class. We even tried to check in early and our room wasn’t ready but they let us rinse off in the spa area which was amazing after flying all day."

"The room was really clean, we had trouble with the heating which was sorted. Breakfast there was plenty of choice and more then one station to get the breakfast items from so you didn't que for long. "

"Stylish reception lobby with plenty of screens for booking in/out and helpful staff who answered any quires we had. Stayed in a twin room with clean comfortable beds and en-suite bathroom with towels and toiletries. Only thing I’d recommend is for a small shelf near to the bed for somewhere to place your phone while charging. "

"A very pleasant stay and perfectly licated for theatreland and central London attractions. Very attentive and friendly staff, quick and easy check-in and able to leave bags early so we could go explore. Room was very clean and comfortable with incredible views. Bathroom very clean with plenty of toiletries. Well presented breakfast with plenty of choice."
