"My stay was excellent, brilliant value - super close to Liverpool street station. Very safe street, lots of amazing places to eat and bars. The staff were super friendly, it was really easy to check in after hours. The room was basic, but super clean and the bed was very comfy. I will definitely be staying again, such great value."

"Arrived late at night for a 4 night stay… apartment 5 that we booked was occupied so we were shown into another apartment and there was water pouring through the ceiling from the apartment upstairs. No other rooms available in this property or their others so had no choice but to stay. Was told their maintenance team knew about the problem but were on vacation! Promised us that night would be refunded. Promised us the leak would be fixed first thing in the morning. No-one turned up… the water...
