"This stay was exceptional, my children booked it part for my 60th birthday treats, for me and a friend to enjoy, to enjoy (a little) how the other half live, and this venue did not disapoint. From the drive to the main house, to being greeted at the entrance, to our room, to breakfast everything was exceptional and exquisite, we didnt want to leave. The spa was busy when we arrived, people leaving their robes or towels on the beds was unfair and ruined the experience, but was informed by the staff they are making larger areas for the steam and sauna hopefully to be in operation next year? however a memeber said he'd heard that for the past 2years. In the interim maybe inform guests to hang up their robes ect, share the areas as its to be enjoyed. Our room was amazing was located near the spa, it had a bath and a separate shower and a TV in the bath tub! So spacious. Minor comment, House keeping could be a little more through with checking rooms as we had window handles on the window sills, random shouldn't be there even if they were to be replaced. The grounds speak for themselves beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. The breakfast was exceptional, except we'd ordered poached eggs and was told the chef couldnt cook them that day. Very unusual as its a fairly simple thing to cook? However the rest of the breakfast was delightful and highlight of the morning. The staff in this area, were friendly, charming and exactly what you need in the morning very attentive. Thank you"
