Lovely hotel inside, not to easy on the eye from the outside though. Double room, 2 x queen beds, very spacious. Friendly, helpful staff on check in and the following morning. Willingly kept our luggage in a secure room for us upon checkout. Breakfast was first class as was the team of waiting staff.

Hotel staff were really friendly and everywhere was clean. It was a short walk to the city centre and about 10 minute walk from the Highcross shopping centre car park where the parking was only £6 via the hotel discount. We stayed to go to a darts event which was a 20 minute walk. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Easy check in and clean room. Only issue was the parking. There is no free parking on site. Next door NCP parking is £15 per night, this has to be validated by the hotel.
