The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The room was very spacious. Excellent service all around. By day 2 the doorman knew me and would have a bottle of water and towel ready for after my run. Beautiful old building with all the mod cons would definitely stay there next time

You expect the basics from any hotel, but Medusa delivered 'above and beyond' our expectations. Customer service from Jesse before and during our stay was exceptional. Excellent staff -well worth it

Beautiful hotel, fabulous staff, walking distance to many attractions

The only issue was the neighbouring residents bordering the property (I don’t know which neighbour) had a dog that barked nonstop into the night and I’m not complaining about the dog, I’m complaining about the dog’s human who didn’t seem to be attending to the dog’s needs. I worried that the poor dog was being neglected.

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Location perfect, short walk from Central Station. New property very clean and modern art deco vibes all throughout with so much attention to detail. Beds very comfortable and loved the pillows. Bathroom was clean and water pressure and temperature just perfect. A great base to explore Sydney CBD

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, good beds, nice linen and towels. No views but that’s to be expected when you’re staying on Broadway. Well appointed, will appeal to business travellers as well as leisure travellers-convenient to the city and also Central. Staff were eager to assist and nice touches like having our bags taken to our room before we returned to finalise check in. Good buffet breakfast. Good value, I’d go back.

Great location - near cafes, restaurants, supermarket, fitness studios and the beach. The staff and service maids were so lovely and kind. The pillows were too big for my liking, I like a thinner pillow (no major though). There were a few stains on the duvet and it just had a sheet overtop. We stayed in the apartment room, which had a washer and dryer. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole room was beautifully presented. Very close to train and bus connections.
