"The property location is absolutely perfect for someone wanting to explore the city, right near Town Hall all the shops, China town and so on. Checkin was totally fine, seamless and we were able to leave our bags at reception prior to the checkin time. Room was clean and functional, everything worked as expected, room service was daily for us which was good."

"We have stayed at Hyatt 3 times now each time a different room. The staff are always helpful and polite. Reccomend picking a room with a view it's well worth paying the extra for, we have learnt to try avoid the lower rooms as our last stay was not as pleasant ruined by a young group screaming half way into the night and a view of broken bottles on the roof from a balcony with not much of a view."

"Room 1106 has fantastic views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. As a family of 5 we had plenty of room to stretch out and rest in between adventures. The location is very convenient to cafes, trams etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful"

"Fantastic location overlooking Sydney harbour. Five minute walk to tram stops, ferries, shops and restaurants. Rooms immaculately clean, beds VERY comfortable, staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 6 nights in June ‘26 and would highly recommend. Oh and do splurge on the breakfast buffet at least once during your stay, the choice, quality and quantity is amazing!"
