"Fantastic location, nice staff, some rooms have views of opera house, be aware a cruise ship may block your view if staying less than 24 hrs. Hotel is tired and needs a facelift but fair price for what it is in that location. Would stay again. Beds in one of our rooms were weird when separated as twins- mattress wasn’t very stable on divan base and would move around when getting on and off.

, spa and sauna area was fabulous and loved that the security came and checked in. I felt so safe knowing he was around somewhere. The staff at reception were always so pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Having the shops so close made life easier. Great little coffee shop across the road and the pizza downstairs was delicious! "
