Was given incorrect room type at check in. Didn't realise this until I got back to the property at night (by then the reception was closed).
Had to buzz for the night manager, who insisted I had booked a cabin when I booked the motel room. And wanted me to pay extra price difference to get the motel room ?
After an internal review, it turned out to be an issue with their system, and this was resolved later on the night.
The motel room was in average condition for a $200 / night property, and had ant infestation. Would highly recommend bringing sealed containers if staying for extended period or preparing food.
