I will ensure Maintenance checks this out immediately including the towel heater. We can't fix these things if we don't know about them and it's not something we test every time we are cleaning.

Thank you for your kind review, with regards to the pool it can often drop in temperature depending on the outside wind temp at the time. The weather has been quite cold recently which certainly does not help. Again thank you for choosing to stay with us.

We will certainly look into the water pressure issue however we have not had other comments so it may have been high usage at the time, or the pool was being filled perhaps. We are pet-friendly but only on our camping sites, not in our cabins, so I am sorry if you were given the wrong impression here. We will again look into the messages we are sending to our guests to ensure it is clearer.
