"We stayed two nights in a King room. It was very spacious, full size bathroom and a large kitchenette. Room was beautiful. Absolutely amazing customer service. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Loved the spa pool & sauna. Only inconvenience was no onsite laundry. Larger suites have washer/drier which i should have checked. dry cleaning was too expensive/unnecessary. Closest laundromat was a 20minute walk. Thank you so much. We will be staying again. "

"Great place to stay in wellington with an amazing harbour view day or night. The room was a great set out although a little tired but very comfortable bed and excellent waterfront location. Will go back again "

"This Hotel is going through some restoration's at this time, check-in staff are doing a fantastic job with very limited room to operate in. All staff were excellent, even the lady that cleans the room asked if there was anything more she could do. overhaul a really great Hotel in the Heart of Wellington city. Very clean, and very well run."
