Stephanie, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive, which was a huge plus because it appeared we were one of the first guests and there were a few glitches (how to work the living room lights & ceiling fans, a bear, one planned and one unplanned power outage due to a storm). She got us flashlights, a bear horn and instructions on the lights very promptly. The house is well equipped...

"The house was exactly as listed and in the pictures. We were delighted when we arrived and saw a little Christmas tree. The decor is an interesting collection of furniture and art and very cozy."
