"some basic things I thought the property could improve on: fireplace (even fake gas logs would be nice) firepit on back patio king beds in both upstairs bedrooms large tv over the fireplace I figure the owner knows this and its his/her personal preferences, but most renters would appreciate these small upgrades. it is a nice house with outstanding view and we enjoyed our stay!"

"This home is in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to Lake Junaluska. The kitchen was very nice. We spent most time in the sunroom off the side of the house looking out to the deck and covered porches. It was like being outside with a very comfy couch and an ample supply of birdseed. So even though it was a wet weekend it was very nice. Huge rhododendrons in front of the house and throughout the neighborhood were alone worth the drive."

"It was the top of the mountain! The location was perfect. My uncle and I fished the local rivers and we had access to miles and miles of fishing within minutes of the cabin. Very clean. Owner was very responsive. The only minor reason for a 4 rating was the hot top jets didn’t work on the high setting. Otherwise the cabin is perfect. Great stay!"

"We stayed for the mini truck show which also happened to fall on my anniversary weekend. The owners were wonderful and allowed us early access to the property on the first day of check in!! The property is absolutely beautiful, the people in our party were enamored with the creek access from the property, which even has a quick scramble down the river rocks to access some hammocks next to the creek. "We just loved this house! It is homey and made our recent visit to the area just perfect. You are close to downtown Waynesville and all it has to offer but also near to the roads that take you to Pisgah or the Blue Ridge PKWY. Check in was a breeze. We hope to return again soon!"
