"Perfect place to retreat for our anniversary. The views are absolutely breathtaking, pictures can’t do it justice. Incredibly quiet area. House was clean and decorated in lake lake decor. Owners were extremely prompt in responding to a question we had and were extremely helpful. If the owners ever want to sell the property, we’ll be first in line :)Also, the town is a short drive away and enjoyed talking with the owners of a local brewery and unique diner for breakfast. There are several options. Rented a pontoon for the day on Fontana Lake, well worth it!"

"This is such a great little cabin. We wished we were able to stay a couple extra days. It's a nice small little cabin, perfect for us two and our dog. There is a mild pet odor, but that's to be expected with allowing pets to stay. It didn't bother us one bit. Our dog loved the open space and the deck is a fantastic place to just sit, relax and enjoy the view. We would absolutely come back to stay any time! I'd recommend this stay to anyone."

"I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They provided so much helpful information on local places to visit for after our hike. The communal glamping bathroom was the nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen at a campsite. A toilet is inside the bus only to be used during bad weather or at night for guest convenience. The property is green and gorgeous, has a little creek on it. There is a grill under a gazebo and the hosts provide propane at no additional cost. We were able to grill hot dogs. The kids LOVED the bus. Also the main house where you check in is STOCKED with little snacks, ice cream, food you can heat up, and other little conveniences available for purchase. All the other structures on the property are adorable! For us the only potential issue was that the door locks on the inside, but unlocks easily with turning the knob. Totally fine if you have older kids or adults. If you have crazy toddlers there’s a potential escape hazard there. But we just barricaded the way out with our bags so it was fine. I would stay there every night if we could! I hope we get to stay again. "
