Very clean and quiet. Plenty of parking as we had our motorcycle trailer with us and had no problem having space for it. Very convenient to places to eat and a beautiful drive to Cherokee.

Rooms were very clean and there where alot of signs of recent upgrades and remodeling done to the facility. Friendly staff as well.

Very nice facility with clean rooms and a great bar/grill/pub attached. One drawback was it was quite noisy with multiple guests having multiple dogs. You could hear the running and playing in the room above us which is kind of expected in a facility of this age with wooden floors. This will not keep us from staying here again on our next visit to Maggie Valley.

Clean room, nice office staff, almost no water pressure at all, tiny room, the restaurant had a live band just a few yards from our room until 10:00 at night. We were not told that would happen. Heater didn’t ever shut off, room was run down.

The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The bed was too soft and the linens did not fit the bed and was torn. I ask for them to change the sheet and replace which they did but they did not fit. The ice machine was in repair. The bed was the biggest problem.

This is my second stay. Love this place. It is older but that's the charm. The staff is always wonderful and the restaurant has been consistently good. Its bar food, but they do it well.

The place really nice, albeit a bit dated. However, we didn’t mind a bit and had a great time. We ate there and enjoyed the live band. Then, we spend the rest of the evening by the creek. The staff is really nice and the place is within walking distance of a multitude of restaurants and things to do.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was helpful. Parking can fill up because of the bar/restaurant that is off the lobby. Restaurant was nice and had good food. TV was bad. Most channels would not come in at all and others were glitchy. Shower pressure was not very good. There were no issues with my service dog. Great experience overall.

Very clean !!! Pretty friendly ❤️❤️❤️ Could use hair dryers in rooms . Maybe no hard rock bands, since the majority of the guests were middle age . Great idea , but screaming music is a no . Will definitely return
