"My family came up to Maggie Valley to teach my son (4) to ski for the first time at Cataloochee.We booked this spot at the last minute and we were so pleased that we picked this space! It was a perfect location to get to the slopes and a great spot for short walks behind the house. We even got to see a family of Elk on one of our walks. I cannot recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back!"

And that screened-in porch on the back of the house...pure magic! Early mornings and late evenings spent here soaking in the view of the surrounding mountains was the highlight of the trip. "The home and view were outstanding! One of the nicest homes we have stayed in on vacation. The communication was also great and the hosts were quick to respond for any questions. The only challenge is the road getting to the property. It is a gravel road up hill and I would definitely recommend a four wheel or all wheel drive. All in all, we would highly recommend!"
