Very clean room and excellent staff. Loved the amenities they set up including playing games and tubing. Our cabin was very clean and an excellent choice for pets with porch overlooking the creek flowing by. The area felt safe and close to downtown Cherokee which is wonderful dining shops and river walk. Stay a few nights. Only compliant is that the carpet was wet from broken AC. We had to lay down towels. They were booked up or I would have asked for another room. Would have been nice to receive credit towards another stay. The interior is really out dated furniture for price. Overall fantastic stay and we will be back.

This is an older property, so don’t expect the room to look fashionable. The bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable. Across the street is a very nice riverside area that belongs to the property, so guests are welcome to use it. Overall, I would stay there again.

I initially thought I booked a room with a hottub. Upon arrival we discovered I hadn't. A bummer, but no biggie. I just thought by the pictures they all came with one, and didn't see anywhere that it didn't. Past that the location was lovely. The creek and the sitting areas were nice and peaceful. Each sitting area was loaded with plenty of fire wood, and nice area for activities as well. The room however didn't seem to be cleaned throughly. There was a baby diaper *Unused* behind the TV, a raisin jammed into the bottom of the TV, and the bathtub was filthy. Over 3.5/5. The staff for check in/checkout were awesome!

Motel rooms were recently remodeled. The bed was great! Very nostalgic that they had actual door keys. I didn't use the amenities across the street but there was plenty to do. I would definately stay here again.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The villa was surprisingly spacious for us 2. The bed is very supportive (I prefer a softer bed but slept beautifully). The a/c was not on for our arrival and took quite awhile to cool the space but a quick trip to dollar gen for a box fan sped that up and we woke up chilly! Will make this our regular spot for our monthly cherokee escape!

Folks were great. The place has become “dated”, but I personally prefer the quiet and lack of bustle. I’m sure the hotel was the place to go back in its heyday. I do wish that the kitchen (I was in a cabin) was better stocked. There wasn’t much to work with. No dish towels, and I didn’t want to ruin one of the bathroom ones. Also, no dish soap or way to wash dishes. I chose the place specifically so I could have a kitchen, and not to be stuck in some ultra-modern hotel. I’m not big on eating out, I’m on the road all the time and kind of over all the fast food and such. It was really nice that the grocery store was just on the other side of the street too. Other guests were very polite and there wasn’t a bunch of noise. The hostess was extremely friendly. I had a good time sitting on the porch and listening to the creek and kicking myself for not having brought my trusty “trout stick”. Next time I’m in town, I hope to be able to stay there again. I’ll have to remember to bring my own cooking/cleaning stuff is all.

Wow- a real treat of a cabin in a great location. Warm welcome with friendly staff The hot tub was great, overlooking creek on a back patio. Property was kept up well and very clean. Cutely decorated. The kids loved it. Totally would stay here again! Great find!!

This is a great place to stay. Kiron took good care of me. Well located by all the shopping, and very close to the casino. Easy unload from your car right into the room (I rented room, not cabin.) Town also has movie theatre. Will stay here again.
