"Super convenient, clean, and friendly hotel for our one-night stay for a concert at Harrah's Event Center. They have a shuttle that runs to/from the casino every 20 minutes. The hotel is older, but our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The price was reasonable, too."

"The hotel is old, but maintained. The bed was quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, but only one choice (a breakfast burrito. The biggest complaint was all the signs in the room telling you what you could and could not do. Quite disturbing."

"Staff was not at the desk when I arrived. A few hours later we turned in the tv in our room and it wouldn’t work. I went to the desk again and still no one there. I had to use the phone on the desk to call them again. She came and checked the tv and then said she was going to call the cable company. Came back a few minutes and said the cable was having problems. The tv never came on. "
