"Rooms really need some new carpet and some attention on the Restrooms and furniture. "

"The cabin we were in needed a lot of TLC as to painting. The refrig had large scap marks on it, and the molding on the bath door had a big finger print and paint worn completely off. This cabin should not be rented as is. Also the area around the wall ac/heat unit was in terrible condtion letting cold air easily enter the room. Staff was excellant, grounds beautiful. "

"Originally couldn't make my Saturday night reservation due to circumstances beyond my control but the staff graciously (and without hesitation) changing it to the night after, even though this was a fully paid reservation and they didn't have to do so. My son ended up staying and he loved it! Thanks BMI for being so understanding and gracious! It helped the stressful weekend be much less so!"
