Had a great stay, the bed and the pillows were really comfy. Was a basic room, but suited my needs. Excellent location near trains and light rail. Only real negative was house cleaning didn't clean or replace our used items

Good value for central location
Excellent location by Central rail station, and to many good eats in Chinatown. Within walking distance of all central sights, and very close to Haymarket Light Rail station. Room was clean and quiet, and well-equipped, but better/more lighting would be helpful.

Good quiet and inexpensive
I always enjoy this place. It’s a simple hotel, no gym, no cafe, but excellent for value and very quiet. It’s very small but that suits me as it has a large quiet room, and it’s right near Central station which makes it easy to get to from the airport.

The lobby is tight and small, but our room was very nice. The young people working at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. Conveniently close to public transportation, restaurants, and harbor area.

Pleasant 2 night stay
Our 2 night stay was quite good. The room was OK but would have been nice to be able to open a window. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and toiletries great. Better signage to the hotel would make it easier to find. Position was very good and close to Central station and very good restaurants and hotels. Reception staff and cleaners were pleasant and helpful .

My flight landed very early and they were in the lobby when I arrived, ready to take my bags and store them until my room was ready. Room was clean, comfortable, and the shower had some of the best water pressure Ive ever had in my life. My only complaint is that the doors to the other rooms are very loud and if any of the guests are talking, you can hear them. Earplugs definitely helped tho.
