The carpet is worn and rippled, torn . The bed join, it was very notifiable and bed very uncomfortable due to this. Bathroom cleaning l it has silicon coming a2ya and needs to be scrubbed due to build up of scum around bottom class of the shower

It was exactly what we needed for a one night layover on our train travel. Proximity to the train station was incredible. We unfortunately did not have enough time to enjoy the amenities but were completely satisfied.

Large room, plenty of space. Nice small kitchen but adequate. Beds are very comfortable. Good location for tram, trains and Chinatown. Would probably stay there again.

I'll start by saying that Sydney is an expensive city, and so are probably the hotels, especially during the Chinese New Year when the city is full of tourists. After this introduction, I will say that there is no excuse in the world for such a low value we received in this hotel for more than 300 dollars a night!! Already upon arrival, we entered a smelly room, which did not surprise us so much, since the elevator and the corridor also smelled of human urine. With a direct connection or not, the room was also filthy - stains on the walls, mold in the shower and in the air conditioner, a ragged and shabby carpet and a balcony so neglected (why for God's sake? there is already a balcony in the room. What's the problem with putting some synthetic grass to cover the ugly floor and a small hole to drain the water?!). The double bed we ordered was two single beds pushed together, and that's without saying a word about how uncomfortable the bed is and broke our backs for three nights!! **probably needless to say, no cleaner bothered to come near our room for three nights (is it real that we pay 300 dollars a night and they don't even make our sheets??). To sum it up, in all my years I don't think I've come across a hotel so neglected and wretched, that in no situation does it justify even a quarter of the price they charge for it. Stay away as much as possible!! PS: The guy at the reception was nice. This is the only kind word that can be said about this stay

No information (maps etc). No guide to work the coffee machine. Not enough milk for a three day stay. Remote is almost worn out (on/off button) Very convenient to rail and Darling Harbour, and that was really good.

This hotel is looking a bit tired and needs renovation. The bathroom had a cracked vanity unit, the back of the bathroom door had started to rot, and a caster had come off the bed, which made it tip when you sat on it. Far too expensive a hotel stay for the room I received.

Convenient and functional
Convenient location as near Central Station, buses and light rail. The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is nothing outstanding and nothing to complain about. I have stayed there several times, have recommended to country travellers and will stay again.

The location is the best thing in this hotel. Hotel is very near the central station and easy to take a sky bus to airport but…. Our room is bad, I got a noise all night. You can hear everything around you cause wall is made from wood. You can hear some people taking in walk way or open/close the door or flushing in toilet. Air condition is also loudly.

4 Lights not working in room but informed the front desk. Towels were small and thin but did the job. Would stay again as so central and the staff very friendly and helpful. Beds comfy. Aircon filter full of dust not very efficient but informed the front desk.

I like the hotel because it’s convenient and closer to Central Station! And bedsheets are absolutely clean. But one thing I don’t like the basin in the bathroom looks dirty because of the stain !! Maybe you guys need to use Bleach ( Domestos ) it will help to remove any stains in the bathroom!!
