"The hotel is in an excellent location with restaurants and bars within minutes and the sea life centre around the corner. Clean, modern hotel with great staff. We had two double beds which were comfortable, complimentary water and coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was exceptional with a chef cooking fresh omelettes and pancakes. Will definitely stay here next time I am visiting Birmingham. "

"Good size room, clean & good facilities. Room was a little cold & took quite a while to warm up, however once heating got going it was comfortable. Breakfast choice was excellent. Staff very friendly & helpful. Hotel was in a good location."

"Perfect location for an event at Utilita (took us just under 10 minutes to walk it and felt safe whilst doing so). Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Stayed in a twin room which was spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee provided. Aircon was a life saver as we arrived on a particularly hot day. Beds larger than the average single and really comfortable. Stayed on the 15th floor and had a great view of countryside beyond. Was very quiet when we stayed but this was on a Sunday evening. The hotel is on a busy street with pubs, restaurants etc so imagine it may be louder on other nights. Close to a Sainsburys local and a Five guys. Complimentary breakfast was very good apart from the orange juice seeming watered down. It is self serve with hot and cold options and lots of choice."

"Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. Gabriela on reception made our trip super special in her attitude towards us. Friendly, professional and extremely welcoming. She is a total gem, Hyatt hotels, hold on to her! Solely based on our interactions with her I have recommended your hotel to many of my friends and family, several are planning to visit Birmingham and stay with yourselves. Thank you Gabriela!!!! I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter for our first special night away (3 older brothers were left at home) and she didn't want to leave the hotel and has already made me promise to bring her back. Our room was amazing, plenty of space, and spotlessly clean! We paid extra to have access to the club room and it was well worth it. The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxing and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and gorgeous. The doorman (unfortunately I didn't get his name but know he has been there well over 12 years) was so friendly. The girl (again didn't get her name) in the spa was lovely. Thank you to all, we will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Would and have highly recommended your hotel to everyone!"

"Stayed in the Balmoral suite which was a lovely spacious room, but a little dated and I would suggest may be changing the nylon curtains to freshen up the room. Your staff are excellent very accommodating in all aspects from bar service to reception to the maids. One main thing that I did notice is the car park is full of pot holes this needs to be looked at and fixed for sure."
