Shower head held up with a hair clip ! Spa only had steam room working, sauna out of action for last 2weeks ! Steam room drain blocked making floor hold dirty water ! Maintenance across most of property none existent!

Not good. Reception is very nice but once you pass that, the corridors and rooms are very run down - the whole place needs some TLC. I had to move rooms due to an infestation of flies / flying ants in my bathroom. Stayed for two nights and room wasn’t cleaned overnight, asked why at reception and was told that rooms are only cleaned every 4 days!
