"Hotel is a lovely character building, with a nice finished interior in the main lobby and downstairs amenities. Staff are very friendly and they offer a nice experience to guests. The breakfast is very poor. Savoury/fresh options were not fresh. Cakes and pastries are nice, but only so much you can eat for breakfast. The bar is also very expensive for what you receive. The superior room is clean, bright but very basic for a 4 star hotel, with dated design and tired bathroom facilities. Staff made the experience better but otherwise, the hotel could use a bit of a an uplift."

"We stayed at Hotel Liberté as a family of three during our trip to Rome. Overall, we had a nice stay and really liked the neighborhood. It has a young, hip and artsy feel, with lots of little bars, restaurants and about 15-20 mins walk on side street from Termini Station. If you enjoy that kind of atmosphere, you’ll probably really like the area. One thing to keep in mind is that it gets very lively and loud at night, especially on weekends. There was quite a bit of street noise and people out at the bars until around 2–3am, so it may not be the best choice if you’re a light sleeper or travelling with young kids. We were travelling with our 8-year-old, so this was something we definitely noticed. We also experienced a strong cigarette smoke smell coming into our room, which seemed to be coming through the ventilation. This was uncomfortable for us, especially travelling with our daughter. We brought it to the hotel's attention and they were responsive and offered cleaning, fresh linens and compensation for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. Overall, the location and neighborhood were definitely highlights for us. I would recommend it to people who enjoy a younger, artsy area with nightlife and don't mind some noise at night."

"They staff, from the desk to the restaurant, could not be more welcoming and helpful. That being said, the standard rooms are dated and need updates and the amenities are not great. Also, the hotel is not very central so expect large Uber or Taxi fares to get anywhere. On top of that, the hotel experienced a power outage from 10:30pm until 10am on our last night, and not one person contacted me to see if I was okay. As a handicapped person, on the sixth floor, that was not very comforting. Additionally, upon checkout, no accommodation was made, which was disappointing."

"This was my second stay after two years and they are making beautiful updates and improvements all over the property. The breakfast is still great with a huge selection of Italian and international style options. The 5th floor dining area has a large terrace with commandind views of one if the best cities in the world. The gym and outdoor pool offer all great ways to stay in shape and many supermarkets and vaious stores are within a short walking distance. I did not get the chance for playing billiards but hope to do so when I return."

"Overall great experience. Friendly staff who was very accommodating. We choose the breakfast option which was great but, it wasn't open until 7 am. Wish it was 6 am as we had excursions booked and only ate there twice. We were there during a heat wave and air conditioning could only be at 24 degrees which was ok at night but still warm during the day."
