"Hotel was very clean and staff were top class. Hotel is situated in a good location close to Rome Termini rail station which is great for travelling to other destinations. Staff were polite and helpful . Would stay here again."

"Hi there is totally no air conditioning and the room is hot and you know what when you open the window as there is restaurant around and all the greasy small will come in. Not to mention it’s so noisy there is no way to have a good night sleep. The room is dirty and the bathroom is mouldy. I cankor understand why it’s a 4 star hotel. Please do not book this hotel in anyway. I have taken pictures if there is anyway to post it "

"Feels like a boutique hotel in terms of how the staff treat their guests. Beautiful building and really well located within the city. They were able to accommodate our party of 4 in a really nice sized room "

"Great hotel in the heart of the historic area, 3 minutes from the Pantheon and 7 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Staff is excellent, Roberta at the Front Desk was amazing. Rooms are spacious. "

"Breakfast was great. Unfortunately both taxis they ordered for us after we clarifed where we were going they took us to the wrong destinations. Not sure who made the errors. Would stay there again location was great. We had to ask them for our VIP access discount. We also never were offered a room upgrade...they were not forthcoming with the information about these"
