"We loved Tivoli and would have stayed longer if we did it over again! A short walk from the hotel to excellent restaurants and shops as well as to Villa D'Este and the Gregoriana Villa. A but longer walk to the train station and no functional taxi service. Hotel was clean with comfortable bedding and much loved air conditioning. Hotel office hours limited (only 2-8pm). Would stay here again. "

"This was a charming little town. Surrounded by olive groves and so beautiful. You can take a bus to the train station and be in Rome in an hour for 8€. We enjoyed staying outside the city. The hotel was lovely with good coffee and pastries for breakfast. They had great dinners too at their restaurant. The staff were all wonderful and so helpful. This was the only hotel with a smart TV, and it was nice to watch a show before bed after exploring. "

"Couple of days after staying at a Villa with Friends in Umbria in order to take in the Villa D'Este and Adrianna. We arrived to a locked door (but was detailed in the notes from Hotels.com) we telephoned and were welcomed into the hotel from another entrance. "The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. The house is very large and in a quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views over the surrounding hills. En suites are small but practical. On road parking is plentiful. Kitchen equipment is generous if a bit mix and match. TV and white goods all work well though wifi is a bit slow. Had a wonderful few days...
