"We just had a magical stay at this villa with two families and children… looks better than the pictures…, we were easily able pop in and out of all the best tours and sites and restaurants and shopping just a quick cab ride away…. At night drinking wine on the patio while the kids jumped in and out of the hot tub…. Great coffee shop and walking parks just up the street… we would def come back and Great for two families to share."

Communication was immediate. Super close to the train station where you can also get the touring buses. Definitely pay attention to the instructions"

"La Cucina exceeded our expectations in every way. Our family gathered from three places in Europe and the US to meet for time together mixed with seeing the best of Rome. This place is just as the photos suggest. We cooked in the magnificent kitchen and grilled on the oven / grill outside. We played pickle ball and the kids went swimming. Our host were available and always gracious. We are so thankful for the time we shared at the dining table and living room. And we played cards in the well...

"Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. "This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family! I was a little nervous because I don’t think it had any reviews, but so glad we picked this place. The neighborhood was perfect, equal distance between Colosseum and Vatican. Very close to Trevi, Spanish Steps, and Trastevere for dinners. "Amazing property with spectacular views. Our host was fantastic. Getting to the house the first time is an adventure, but the town that sits below is cute with very cool stores and shops. It is a 15 minute drive to the train station and then another 20-25 minutes and you are in the middle of Rome. We are thinking about coming back with our younger kids in a year or two, just an incredible vacation and place to stay"

"Large villa with spacious dining and sitting areas. Good five bedrooms with bathrooms. Extensive grounds round the house with dining area under a beautiful pergola. Superb swimming pool. We had a great weeks holiday with 4 couples and 4 small children. We cooked every night for ourselves. Enough room for everybody to be able to relax. Good contact with the owners."

"Kitchen has everything you would need if you like to cook...and we do! House is spacious-House is secure with fence -gate-lights and fence and hill surrounding it. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. The floor is freezing and I highly recommend a large nice area rug at least in main living room so u don't have freezing cold feet. We stayed a month- The yard is nice...
