"Hi there is totally no air conditioning and the room is hot and you know what when you open the window as there is restaurant around and all the greasy small will come in. Not to mention it’s so noisy there is no way to have a good night sleep. The room is dirty and the bathroom is mouldy. I cankor understand why it’s a 4 star hotel. Please do not book this hotel in anyway. I have taken pictures if there is anyway to post it "

"Great hotel in the heart of the historic area, 3 minutes from the Pantheon and 7 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Staff is excellent, Roberta at the Front Desk was amazing. Rooms are spacious. "

Would stay there again location was great. We had to ask them for our VIP access discount. We also never were offered a room upgrade...they were not forthcoming with the information about these"
