"Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. We traveled to Rome a lot, which is about 50 ish minutes, which my fiancé and I enjoyed but my son always looked forward to coming to the “hotel”. "The property was clean, well maintained and updated. Shower was spacious, which is rare in Italy. Property felt very safe and required security codes be entered at various points. The staff was very helpful and provided an alternative way to check in when we realized that we may not arrive when the staff was present on site The property did have a small elevator which was helpful for suitcases. The location was good, walking distance from Termini and the Colosseum area."
