"Sarah’s communication was brilliant. The property is a in a beautiful rural location. The photos are fab, but don’t do the property justice, it was excellent. "Lovely Easter break! The 'Owl' room was ideal for the four of us, as has bunks for the kids & a fabulous super-king bed. Superb Breakfasts & Sunday roast served by hosts Dave, Jackie & their team. 5 min drive from St Ives, didn't cause us an issue. "Our 1st stay here. Nice room with sea view all nicely clean. The largest towel was not very large and that really is the only complaint. All the staff were very attentive and helpful and the service from them was great. A pleasure to have stayed and hopefully we will visit again sometime. Some of the breakfast tables need to be available in the shade as even in February it was too hot sat there."
