"The location was superb, room fantastic view however the hotel inside needs some tlc. The carpet inside the lift was worn, the dining room ceiling was patched up; in my room the tiles surrounding the bath needed re grouting, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling away in the corners and the furniture in my bedroom was shabby and required revarnishing and the paintwork in my room needed touching up and the window frames needed cleaning. 3 day break in Penzance
"Our 1st stay here. Nice room with sea view all nicely clean. The largest towel was not very large and that really is the only complaint. All the staff were very attentive and helpful and the service from them was great. A pleasure to have stayed and hopefully we will visit again sometime. Some of the breakfast tables need to be available in the shade as even in February it was too hot sat there."
