"The room was phenomenal, everything was provided by the host prior to our arrival and communication was clear and succinct. The cottage was clean and ready for myself and the family, and we had a great time, it was near St Ives and Carbis Bay which was a simple five minutes walk away from the cottage. The stay would have been better if the parking was clearly listed and that the WiFi signal goes to the rear bedroom as well. But other than that it was a great experience. Would highly recommend...

"Quite possibly the best value bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. Easy to find and between Penzance and Marazion, it’s perfectly situated. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The hot drinks and water provided was a lovely touch. Yes - the place is a little rough around some of the edges but the staff are so helpful and friendly - and above all kind. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and huge! I would always look for this place when coming back to this area. I stayed with children who loved it and loved the staff."

"It was mine and my partner first time to st.ives and carbis bay. All I can say is wow.....that place is magical , clear waters golden sands , the views are spectacular. The people nothing but warm and welcoming. The stay at uno carbis bay was mega , I want to say a massive thank you to the owners with there apartments etc the room was beautiful, everything we needed and more and made our break even that little bit more special . "Positives: The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding and towels were immaculate. The shower was a great temperature, albeit on the small size. The view of the bay from my balcony was unbelievably beautiful. I’ve never woken to a better view. The staff were friendly and my luggage was carried to my room. The check in and check out was fuss-free. I believe there is parking available, though I used the long-stay carpark, just opposite. Negatives: the rooms are VERY dated and in need of a LOT of TLC. If you can look beyond this, the hotel is a fantastic place to stay for a reasonable rate. Especially for St Ives. It would be good to see the place brought back to life with a lick of paint."
