"Staff was friendly, nice spacious room with 2 tvs with one being in the sitting room, just older hotel. Bed was comfortable and clean. No smells. Would stay again. Sauce on the side has exceptional food which is a restaurant inside the hotel. Very good stay! "

"The location was great for our short visit to be able to walk to The Arch and Baseball Village. Our room was good, but the ability to move throughout the hotel was tricky. There were 2 of 3 working elevators and the wait to get on one and then get to the needed floor took a very long time. We used the stairs as much as possible, but were exited outside and it was not clear prior to exiting where you would end up. The stairs were also narrow and crowded with the amount of other guests resorting to the stairs. "

"Good valet team, poor front desk staff, people not wanting to accommodate basic requests life towels and luggage trolley. Shooting on the street during stay and couple having 30 minute long yelling match out front of hotel at 3 am………cleaning staff and valets were great! Also they added extra fees when checking in the amount of $500+ from the Expedia price. So be ready for that. Cool hotel but weird attitudes from staff. "

"Our stay was excellent. The location was perfect to walk to Union Station for some kid frendly fun. The covered parking provided a sense of security, the breakfast was yummy for everyone. The front desk clerk, Crystal, went above & beyond to show exceptional customer service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other families."

"The hotel room and front desk staff were great. The bar area was awful. The bartenders were very rude. Ordered food and sat over a hour for food. Drinks only filled twice. A lot of the people that came in after us got their food and drinks right away. Not sure if this treatment because we didn’t order alcohol. Very disappointed. I think afte waiting over an hour for our food should’ve been discounted. Only ordered chicken nachos so doesn’t take long to make. Won’t be going back. "
