The area around this hotel may raise some concerns for people as they arrive, but the hotel itself is very clean, modern, and comfortable, with great amenities! Staff were pleasant, and I did not experience any issues during my one night stay with my kids! Book with confidence!

Enjoyed our stay for the moist part. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was easy access. Breakfast was good. Our only issue what the room seemed very humid no matter what we did with temperature settings. After the first day, our clothes even seemed a little damp and it was a little difficult to sleep but otherwise......, good stay.

A decent place to sleep. There was a spilled drink behind one of the nightstands and the bed was somewhat stiff, but the room was cool and the shower was nice and clean. The front desk staff were very helpful and switched us rooms quickly when the first room we had smelled strongly of smoke. Breakfast was also a decent selection and the staff worked hard to keep it nice and clean.

The two bedroom standard size beds were very spacious and nice. My hotel room and the facility were very clean. Our hotel room was facing the front window room so I was able to see my vehicle from the room, which was very nice as well. Love the LED lights around the headboard. However, one of my concerns is, I think the elevator doors needs to have a safety security feature when something is in the elevator doorway because the elevator door hit the cart and was closing up on me when I was wheeling my cart out with my belongings.

Room was specious and pretty clean but it just had historic/old feeling about it rooms are update but work was not so good breakfast was great staff was kind beds were pretty comfortable but there was connecting room, And you could hear it all its great for short stay but still think it was overpriced for the looks and location room had fridge microwaive iron hairdryer

Great location and breakfast was decent but that’s the end of the good news. Staff seemed annoyed when I had to ask them to replace my key card, which was no longer working, gym machines were in sad shape, and the walls / floors must be incredibly thin, as it was difficult to sleep with the noise coming from other rooms

Breakfast selection was really good and everything was fresh. Parking was good and I felt confident in the safety and security of my vehicle. The room, #124, was clean and orderly. The evening desk clerk was friendly and very polite and helpful. Morning clerk was friendly, as well.

I stayed four nights and 5 days! When I first entered the hotel I was met by a lovely lady by the name of Anna! She was very welcoming and had a smile that would light up the room. I encountered Anna quite a few times during my stay. And every time she was just as pleasant as the time before. I had decided upon checking out. That I was going to take Anna back to Nashville with me! Lol. Also there was plenty of free parking! They do offer a free breakfast. I will return! And you can thank Anna for that!
