The front desk staff set the mood for the stay and they were wonderful especially Lois. Our room was on the 8th floor east side with view of building across the street. Room was clean and very comfortable. Convenient to restaurants, the arch, in downtown so walking distance to local attractions.

A beautiful place to stay

Service was great! The common areas are beautiful. It is an older hotel, but the rooms were well furnished and charming. I deducted one star because the air conditioning was not very cool, but other than that it was all good.

The manager and waiters in the restaurant are very accommodating. Food was surprisingly very good ! We brought our friends to the lunch buffet ! We enjoyed our stay here . It’s safe , convenient to walk to the convention center. I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you for the experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was provided a free early check in which was super nice. They offered shuttle service to the baseball game we had tickets too and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is near the arch Busch stadium which was perfect would definitely stay again.
