Location is perfect- able to walk to most of the attractions We did not get the room that we reserved but a food credit was given to us. Restaurants served good food. Breakfast was cold and too expensive. Overall great place- would stay there again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly, as was the front desk staff. The bartenders at the Market St Bistro were very busy but friendly. The food at the Market St Bistro was very good. The staff at the 360 rooftop bar were excellent. That bar has a fabulous birds-eye view of St Louis!

We reserved a room with a king size bed, but got a room with 2 queen beds. Not sure if that is an Expedia or hotel issue. We couldn't reach the bellman for a cart when we checked out and had to transport all our luggage (which was a lot) down to our car. The hotel needs updating, but the location is excellent. Some staff were not friendly, but others were. We like Hilton but not sure we would stay at this one again.

Starbucks inside the hotel 👍... Places to eat was all a short distance walk. My Room didn't have any garbage bags in any of the cans and the room had so many Nat Flies. I probably won't stay there again...

Beautiful view of the ballpark, great staff, great food for room service. But our room was dirty - we found someone’s sock on the floor. No conditioner in the bathroom. I felt like the shower handle was going to fall off. The shower head needed to be replaced. Black mold was growing between the shower tiles. Ick.

This hotel has everything you need if you're traveling for work or vacation. I loved that I could watch the Baseball game from the roof top bar. The rooms were clean and lots of options for food around the hotel.

Hotel is not well maintained. Stains and broken items, at least three of the ice machines were not working, tiny pool, not what we expected for the price. Elevators were a unacceptable; people waiting 10-20 minutes for an elevator at busy time and taking stairs to the 18th floor were not going to cut it. Most of the staff was very friendly and tried to help when they could.

The location was 10-10. The amenities (valet, Starbucks, breakfast, and bar) were excellent and made the stay. The hotel is starting to show its age and could use some refreshing but for the price, I was happy. It was very affordable and I wasn’t expecting 5-star perfection based on cost. I would give this a 3 star , it was good location by the ballpark Walk to the Arch , I didn’t notice to many restaurants around all the hotels there . This hotel has beautiful view on 26 th floor , bar , food there . The rooms are dated expecially the bathrooms .
