"Do NOT rent from this location. It is dirty, no staff to clean it, no staff to answer the house phone.... Cops had to be called two out of the three nights we stayed. We would have moved but our purchases were not refundable....."

"We really only stayed a few hours to sleep before the leave for the airport. But, the room and staff were fantastic. Long term parking for our stay as well as free shuttle to the airport were a great advantage. Shuttle left promptly at 4:00 a.m., just as promoted😊"

"The staff is kind, but feel they were understaffed or not well managed. At check-in, no carts and was directed to look for them on my own. Found a used towel on the back of our bathroom door. The hot tub, when turned on, made us and others sick (coughing and tearing eyes) due to the amount of chemicals (reported to front desk) - we had to vacate within half a minute. The common areas (elevators, outside trash overflowing)were filthy. "

"Staff were very kind however we requested several things during our stay that either took two days to be delivered (an extra pillow) or never came (body wash refill in the shower) three requests - phone call, in person at front desk and via text. We took showers due two days without any soap or body wash. We also left 2 pairs of kids’ shoes in the hotel room which were “not found”. "
