"Hotel was hard to find, no lights on signage or in lobby building. At checkin the card machine was broken. No explanation of amenities, hot spring pool location (again with no lights) and was not clean. Room had broken lights, FIRM mattress and broken shower towel rack. Mold growing in cracks of shower curtain. This place has charm, but needs a little work in the hospitality department."

"The cost was perfect. The staff were all very nice. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was really clean. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The pool and hot tub area was looked clean as far as I could tell I didn't swim so thats all I can say. The only bummer we experienced was the 2nd floor ice machine was out of order.
