We enjoyed this visit from the moment we arrived—from the friendly staff and inviting lobby to the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. The king-sized bed had a wealth of cloud soft pillows and the room was quiet. The staff put us on the ground floor with a direct exit outside for our pup. And downtown Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival were just a short drive away. We’ll be back!

The Luna cafe was actually surprisingly good with friendly and helpful staff. Front desk really nice! Deluxe suite was dated and had adu shower, disappointed to pay extra for a crappy room, with pizza slice art on wa ?!?!?!?. Smelt like marijuana :/ the resort looks really nice on the outside though and the pool and courts are very nice.

A real blast from the past off a little ways from downtown Ashland. The room and lobby were clean and well decorated with 50s/60s/70s theme that most likely comes from the years the hotel has operated. Parking and check in were both easy and the staff was great! On site laundry also was a boon as we were on a longer car trip up the west coast.

we have stayed there many times over the years, this was not a good experience, I paid a bit extra for what i thought might be a better location but was in the cheapest parking lot view room with a carpet stain. the coffee maker did not work and there was no coffee in the lobby. they used to have a nice breakfast in the morning but that was no longer available. Twice the cost 1/2 the value. The beds were nice and clean.

The Ashland Hills hotel and suites offered an excellent location, convenient to the freeway and an easy trip to downtown Ashland. The rooms are clean and spacious with all amenities and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

There were bed bugs in my room. The front desk quickly moved me to another room, but a very unpleasant experience, especially for the price of the hotel. The suites need a refresh - on the shabby side and furnishings are outdated. Bed wasn't super comfortable. At check-in, I was not provided any info about the amenities on the property. The hot tub was full of bugs. The pool towels were ridiculously small and super thin. Location was great - near freeway and close to downtown Ashland. Overpriced for the quality provided.

As sprawling Ashland Hills is well-designed to host large events, it isn't the place one would go for intimacy or charm, or walking access to downtown. But it's a perfect place to go if you like spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds (with soft pillows!), and easy access to parking, pool, tennis courts, a large, fenced dog area for my Golden Retriever - and beautiful views if you ask in advance. Too tired to venture out, I was somewhat surprised to be able to order a dinner with perfectly cooked wild salmon! (I'm guessing that a real espresso bar would be a popular addition, but there are plenty within a 5 minute drive.)
