"Check in was easy. Staff was was super friendly. We loved the convenience of having a kitchen. The bed was super comfy. The room was huge! We didn't use the pool but we saw other families using it and it looked clean and inviting. We ate at the restaurant on the property and it was delicious. The staff there were so nice. The downtown area was very cute. "

It was a OK stay but it is not to the standard of normal my place hotels, but I will definitely give it another shot in the future because I really do enjoy this hotel Franchise very accommodating, except for the one in Medford the pet area of the west end of the hotel definitely could use a little more cleaning as you all you smell is pet urine, and the patio gazebo area definitely could be maintained and cleaned on a regular basis by maintenance or housekeeping. And a lot of suspicious activity between two hotels and I know things are legal in the state of Oregon, but just a lot of activity in the evening and night time for this to be a family friendly place to stay just be advised. "

"A wonderful place to stay. We got lucky with a cabin by the creek which was amazing. Easy check-in, cabin was clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly. Easy access across the street to food and also the resort has a shop with necessities and snacks. Highly recommend this place!"
