We had a lovely stay at this very charming hotel. Our room with 2 queens was really spacious and clean. Traditional decor, comfortable and crisp white bedding, great shower water pressure are all a plus. Only suggestion is to improve the lighting in the bathroom, as it was a bit dark. Also wish the hot tub had been opened. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast and outdoor dining patio. Free parking. Excellent location in beautiful downtown Ashland and walkable to everything. Will stay again!

Loved our large room with sitting area and balcony. We chose this hotel for its easy walking distance to the Shakespeare Festival. Safe neighborhood, even walking at 10:30 pm after the show. Room quiet, comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast was average. Our room could have been improved with a nightstand on each side of the bed. The floor lamp on one side was awkward for reading in bed. Also, the hotel had outdated decor and garish wallpaper and could really use a refresh.

Check in was confusing. Room was suppose to be ready but not the case. Internet login was incorrect as written on the check in card and we had to go to the front desk twice to get correct login. Was somewhat of a waste as the internet was very slow and ended up using our cellular instead. Room was big but worn. Bed was ok. Breakfast was good. The convenient location was best part of stay.

They also feature Tesla chargers in the garage which is very nice since there are few to no other chargers in the community. The park-like setting on the creek side was really lovely as well. Walking into downtown is a breeze.
