"I arrived in Klamath Falls in early morning by train and with my bicycle. Staff were kind enough to let me check in early. Location very convenient to dining and the train station. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable."

"Hotel location was great. Walkable to several stores & restaurants. Also easy access to the fwy & main roads. Room was clean & big. Bathroom was also clean & big. There’s only a very small fridge in the room & limited places to hang towels. Breakfast was good."

Historic Point Comfort Lodge on Upper Klamath Lake at Rocky Point

"We absolutely loved our stay at Point Comfort. It was cozy and roomy enough for our large family. On the cooler days, we gathered around the large fireplace. The view of the lake was priceless. And we did our best to spot as many bird species as possible. We even saw a couple of bald eagles while driving to Klamath. We felt at home there. The day trip to Crater Lake worked out very well. The grandkids are now hooked on fishing. The grown ups took advantage of a fishing excursion on the Rogue River and caught some 20 lb trout. The kitchen worked out well. Plenty of dishes, mixing bowls and serving dishes. It accommodated several prep helpers. Be sure to stop and buy the fresh eggs for sale at the sign as you drive up to the lodge. They made for a yummy breakfast. If swimming is desired, the 15 minute drive to Lake of the Woods was perfect. We hope to return soon."
