"Clean and comfortable. Nice common areas, like the kitchen and shared bathroom. The room I stayed in, room A, shares a wall with the air conditioning unit so it might be too noisy for light sleepers. The bed was very comfortable."

"Great spot near the amphitheater, nice quiet neighborhood. Only complaints are that the neighbor kept parking in our spot and there was literally only one towel per person. Overall would still stay again, would just bring extra towels lol ! "

I needed some extra accommodations and he made our stay such a breeze. Also he was in contact with me daily checking if we needed anything. I would use the house again if i come back to visit.
